Custom and personalized orders begin production after design confirmation and payment approval. Please review your order details carefully before submitting — once production starts, changes may not be possible.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
Standard shipping times typically range between 5-10 business days depending on product availability and destination. Custom orders may require additional processing time.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Random-ish Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer 50-day free returns and exchanges on most products.
Custom or personalized items (including custom tumblers, keychains, and box sets) are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
After that period, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.

To extend their lifespan, hand wash all tumblers and glass cups. Avoid dishwashers or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish or design.
