Shipping & Deliveries

Processing Times

All orders are hand-prepared with care.

  • Standard items (glass cups, pens, keychains, regular tumblers): ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom orders & box sets: require 5–10 business days depending on design approval and production time.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your package ships.


Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $100 (US only).

  • Standard shipping fees apply to orders under $100 and will be calculated at checkout.


Delivery Times

Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier performance.
Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address details are outside of our control.

If your package is delayed more than 10 business days after shipment, contact us and we’ll assist right away.


Refunds & Returns

Return Eligibility

We want you to love what you order.
We offer a 50-day return and exchange window on most products.

Eligible for return:

  • Unused tumblers

  • Unused glass cups

  • Non-custom pens and keychains

  • Unopened box sets

Not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (unless defective)

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Clearance items


Custom Order Policy

Because custom designs are made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a mistake or manufacturing defect on our end.
If something arrives incorrect, damaged, or misprinted, contact us immediately and we’ll fix it.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or flawed, send us an email within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


How to Start a Return

Email us at support@randomishboutique.com with your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll send you instructions and a prepaid return label (if eligible).

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.


Exchanges

You can exchange eligible items for another design, size, or product of equal value.
If the new item is more expensive, we will send you a simple payment link to cover the difference.


Missing or Wrong Items

We double-check every order before shipping, but mistakes can happen.
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, contact us and we’ll correct it immediately.
